“Ruled” Cover
*UPDATE: The story will be released earlier than expected! Now it is due out on Wednesday, September 19th!
“Ruled” (Birthmarked 2.5) a short story that bridges the gap between Prized and Promised, will be released on Tor.com Wednesday, September 19th, two weeks before the last book in the trilogy. It’s another glimpse of the Birthmarked world from Leon’s perspective, and it catches the outsider looking in.

Book Trailer for Promised
Beautiful cover! So glad to hear that we’ll get another snippit from Leon! I’m so excited about Promised!!! I have a reminder alarm on my iphone for it’s release. 🙂 I actually just re-read Prized last week as a quick refresher.

Awesome cover! I’m a bit surprised it doesn’t match the others, but I like it. I have a copy of Promised from BEA…should I read Ruled first, or does it matter?
Either way, looming forward to reading them both! It’s an amazing world you created. 🙂
Oh! Will Ruled eventually be available through Amazon for Kindle?
Haven’t seen any UK version of PROMISED up for pre-order – did you only sell UK rights to the first two books?
Amber ~ I was surprised by the different look, too. This art matches the story very closely. You can read the story or Promised in either order. Chronologically, the story comes first, but I definitely wrote it last, so it was my good-bye to my characters. “Ruled” will be available on Kindle and Nook. At least, that’s the plan!

Will “ruled” and “tortured” come out on amazon.es? Because I’m from Spain and I can’t download it from amazon.com
By the way, I loved the books “Birthmarked” and “Prized”. I can’t wait until “Promised” come out!
