Keep of Ages ARCs on Goodreads
My publisher is giving away 15 ARCs of The Keep of Ages through Goodreads this week.
In case you’re not familiar with Goodreads, it’s a free site where people can create catalogues of their books, and if they turn off the privacy feature, they can share their catalogues with others. I keep track of my reading there, and I love to see what my friends are discovering.
Goodreads also has communities where people can discuss books, a way to follow writers, writing groups, lists around certain topics like women in WWI, and reviews that let people share their opinions about what they’ve read. It’s a bit like going to the library and meeting up with fellow book lovers, but at home.
Incidentally, when readers leave reviews on sites like Goodreads, Amazon, and Barnes & Noble, it helps other readers make informed decisions about books they’re buying, and in turn that helps writers. So if you have a favorite book, speak up in a way that makes a difference. You’ll find yourself in good company.
