Fierce Readers, Writers, and Friends at the Bethesda Library

Ann Aguirre, Marie Rutkoski and I stopped in at the Bethesda Library yesterday for another Fierce Reads panel and we had a great time.  Librarian Kathie Weinberg had thoughtful questions to get us started, and the audience added more so we were able to talk about favorite YA novels, writing discoveries, favorite characters, and much more.  We had a chance to linger afterward, and I was delighted to catch up with a few of my friends who live in the area.

DC has a vibrant community of YA writers, readers, and bloggers, and having so many of them present made for lively, friendly conversation.

Thanks again to Kathie for a fabulous event!
