A Book in My Hands!

I have an actual copy of The Keep of Ages in my happy hands. Yay! A box of my books arrived from my editor this weekend, and I have to say, it’s a sweet, awesome feeling to hold the real, final book for the first time. It’s like, Wow, this is really done. All those quiet, persistent days of writing resulted in this solid, physical object. Now, as readers step into Rosie’s world and interpret it as they like, this story will take on a life of its own.

I’m endlessly indebted to my family and friends for seeing me through the daily work of this series, and I offer them my warmest gratitude. I’m also thankful to my agent Kirby Kim, my editor Kate Jacobs, and the plucky team at Macmillan. In case you aren’t aware, I seriously have the nicest, most supportive readers anyone could ever wish for, and to them, I am super grateful.

Rosie’s story is for you, my friends. I hope you love it as much as I do!

All three books together: The Vault of Dreamers, The Rule of Mirrors, and The Keep of Ages
