From Ari & Milo, Chapter 5: The Cathedral Forest<\/p><\/div>\n

I’m happy to report that Ari & Milo<\/em>, my serial YA novel, is now unfolding at Wattpad<\/a>. I’ve been putting up chapters for a week, aiming for around 2,000 words each and trying to end on mini cliff hangers. It is a fun, fresh way to get my work into the world, and I’ve been delighted to reconnect with some readers I’ve known from my earlier works.<\/p>\n

Since Wattpad allows images and videos to be included with chapters, this is also a new element for me. I’m exploring with Procreate<\/a> on my ipad, drawing scenes and details from the novel. So far, the Cathedral Forest is my favorite. I drew a lot as a teenager, and using an ipad now is like discovering a completely new medium. It’s all about the layers. Thank goodness for Youtube videos for tips and techniques.<\/p>\n
