It\u2019s a good way to catch small, subtle things, like if I have too many descriptions of sunlight on one page, or if I use \u201cgrim\u201d too frequently. I have to be careful, of course, because if I add a head dipping motion as someone crosses beneath a laundry line, I need to be sure it doesn\u2019t double up a head dipping under a strap of binoculars a page later. One head dipping is cool. Too much of that is clumsy.<\/p>\n<p>I know I\u2019ve said before how much I like <em>The Keep of Ages<\/em>, but truly I do. Every line feels so right to me, with lively dialogue and thoughtful ponderings of big questions.
