I have a special relationship with the Co-op. \u00a0I first met Suzy 20 years ago when I moved to the area and came into the bookstore with my kids so they could crawl into the little red barn. \u00a0We bought our first Harry Potter book at the Co-op, which was formative, needless to say. Suzy has been unbelievably great about supporting my books in and outside the store. \u00a0She has kindly introduced me to other book people around New England, and she has included me in the CT Children’s Book Fair<\/a> which runs again this year November 8th + 9th. \u00a0On the staff, Nikki was my first outside-the-family person to read The Vault of Dreamers<\/em>, and her enthusiastic response meant the world to me. \u00a0Sharon, equally wonderful, sets aside spare ARCs of new books to donate to Journey House, enriching the reading worlds of the girls incarcerated there. \u00a0More generous book-lovers would be difficult to find, and I feel so fortunate to be launching my latest book with them. \u00a0<\/p>\n
