I’ll be out and about this weekend.

This Friday, November 13th, I’m joining writers Pegi Deitz Shea, Sandra Horning, and Dana Meachen Rau, and literary agent Alexander Slater for a panel on Writing and Publishing Children’s and Young Adult Literature at the University of Connecticut. The event, located in Room 217 of the Austin Building, begins at 4:00 and is free and open to the public. Discussion is likely to be light-hearted and lively. 

On Saturday, November 14th, I’m attending the Local Author Faire sponsored by the Booth & Dimock Memorial Library of Coventry, CT. The event will be held in the Coventry Senior Center in Patriots Park, at 172 Lake St, Coventry, CT from 10:00-1:00. Eighteen local poets and writers of a variety of genres will be on hand to discuss their work, and a panel will begin at noon. This event, too, is free and open to the public.
